1. Eligibility & Accounts

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction to register.
1.2 You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
1.3 We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is compromised or misused.

2. License & Access to Courses

2.1 Upon enrolling in a paid course or content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use via our platform only.
2.2 You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, broadcast, share, or create derivative works of any course materials or services unless explicitly permitted in writing.
2.3 All content remains our intellectual property or that of licensors; enrollment does not transfer ownership rights to you.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

1.All purchases are final—cancellations are not allowed after purchase. However, if you haven’t started the course (e.g., no logins, assignments, downloads), you may be eligible to request a transfer of access.
2. Refunds are only granted under strict conditions: you must implement all course assignments and support resources over a 15-day trial period and still not see results, as described in individual course pages.
3. No refunds are available if:

You did not begin or complete the course within the refund window
You enrolled with a flexible or installment payment plan
You have outstanding payments
You downloaded any course materials

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding job placement, rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Any success stories or testimonials do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results .

5. Cancellation of Enrollment

1. Once enrollment is confirmed—credentials are issued, classes scheduled, or sessions started—no refunds are provided for dropping out.
2. If you’ve only paid an advance or reservation fee and later withdraw before starting, that payment is non-refundable

1. We may provide support services (e.g., Q&A, mentorship), but continued access to these may depend on compliance with course requirements and payment status.
2. “Lifetime access” may be offered, but can be revoked if required for policy compliance or legal reasons. Lifetime access does not include continued instructor support beyond the defined scope.

7. Code of Conduct & Account Restrictions

1. You agree not to abuse the Services (e.g. sharing login, unauthorized sharing of materials).
2. Violations may lead to immediate suspension, termination or legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid for the relevant course or service.
